Circuits and Systems for Longview, Tyler and the Surrounding Areas

From the circuit breaker which initially splits up every electrical connection in your home, through the walls and attic, to every single outlet, switch, and appliance in every room, wiring is carefully laid out. Any major remodel or adjustment in your Tyler, Texas home has to take wiring into account, and Dynamic Electricians has the tools to track down your existing wiring for repair or additions.

You may not realize it, but there is a specific set of regulations that mandates how wiring is supposed to be installed and laid out within residential and commercial buildings. The National Electric Code (NEC) regulates everything about building wiring, from the minimum number of outlets in a room to what the rating of each circuit in the home should be. Our technicians know this code and follow it exclusively for your safety and well-being.

While older homes are often grandfathered under the older code rulings, code updates are instituted for the sake of safety as well as energy efficiency. Older wiring may not be capable of handling the number of electrical devices you place on a system. Older wires may have also aged or frayed over time until they’re no longer serviceable. At this point, a re-wire is essential.

Updating old wiring is only part of what we can do. We’ll also work with you during a remodel, addition, or new construction to install new wiring in your home. When it comes to wires, we have the knowledge and we’ll take you from start to finish on any project.

If the wiring is already going to be exposed it makes it far simpler to go in, during the existing mess, to find and replace frayed or damaged wiring for stronger, safer wires.

    Safety Inspections

From new houses, to selling your current house, a safety and electrical inspection is always a good idea. If you’ve lived in your home for years, it’s best to get the wiring inspected for aging, damage from mice and other vermin, or accidental unexpected damage. If it’s been more than 10 years since your last home inspection, then the time is now.

If you live in an older home, you may have aluminum wiring still installed. Aluminum expands when heated more than standard copper wires. While it was cheaper than copper during the installation, that expansion has led to disconnections and electrical arcing between contact points. As carbon builds up from the electrical arcs, it can ignite and cause home fires. If you still have aluminum wiring in your home, you shouldn’t delay. Get it inspected and replaced if at all possible.

Wiring is the life-blood of your home. Dynamic Electricians can make sure that everything is working perfectly, or we can help to upgrade your home. Just call 903-452-2029.
